Tina Gregerson began Personnel Staffing, Inc. 25 years ago in Gadsden,
Alabama. Over the past 25 years, we have expanded into the following
locations; Anniston, Albertville, Mobile, Birmingham, Beaumont, TX and
the Gadsden, Alabama office serving as our corporate headquarters. We
feel that our successful track record and growth are a direct result of
the quality services provided to our client companies and employees. We
are proud of the fact that we stay current in all areas of the Human
Resources field. We are active participants in the Society of Human
Resource Management, all local Chambers of Commerce, many area
community organizations, and State and National Staffing Associations.
Tina Gregerson served as past President of the Alabama Association of
Staffing Services.

Working Interview

Staffing, Inc. has two divisions - full-time placement and temporary
placement. By combining both services we are able to offer a creative
hybrid solution to staffing problems. When our client has an opening,
we provide them with a temporary who is looking for a full-time
position. The client will make a hiring decision after the temporary
has demonstrated satisfactory performance on the job.
When
a client wants to hire one of our temporaries, they can either maintain
the temporary on our payroll for an agreed upon workout period of 500
hours or after a minimum of 160 hours on our payroll, they can pay a
liquidation fee.

POSITIONS FILLED FASTER - With a Working Interview the preliminary interviewing process can be greatly shortened or even eliminated.
THE COST OF THE HIRE IS AMORTIZED - All the usual up-front costs (advertising, interviewing and downtime in the position) are eliminated.
