FedPoint is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administratorto play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow Administrator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the stability and usability of our ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage upgrades, develop modules, and support our business processes. Be a key player in maintaining data integrity and aligning the platform with our business strategy.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain stability and usability of Production and Non-Production instances.

- Monitor system performance, identify errors, and lead remediation efforts.

- Plan and lead platform and instance upgrades, manage plug-ins, and handle integrations.

- Act as a liaison between FedPoint and ServiceNow support teams for incident support.

- Ensure data integrity within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

- Partner with security teams to ensure platform security aligns with necessary requirements.

- Contribute to audit evaluations and execute remediations.

- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams to document overall platform design.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, recommending and implementing improvements.

Development and Support

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules using JavaScript, Angular, and web technologies.

- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems through REST API, SOAP API, and other methods.

- Provide configuration assistance to developers, leading best practices in design and implementation.

Team Collaboration

- Provide coaching and training support to team members in 1:1 and small group settings.

- Offer feedback to the management team on opportunities for team training and coaching.

Education and Experience:

- 3+ years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, and web technologies.

- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with external systems.

-Experience with mentoring team members and supporting professional development

- ServiceNow certifications preferred.

- Experience with CSM, ITSM, GRC, FSO, or similar ServiceNow modules.

- Knowledge of ITIL and/or SDLC best practices.

- Experience in insurance/benefit administration or finance operations preferred.

- Skills, Knowledge & Competencies: Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical aptitude.

Location: Our office is located in Portsmouth, NH. This role is open to being 100% only within the following states:

AZ, CT, FL, GA, ME, MD, MA, MS, NH, NC, SC, TN, VA

Full-Time Position M-F with core business hours
